Requirements for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN):

• A relevant nursing qualification and registration
• Excellent team skills, self-motivation, and flexibility for shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Commitment to patient-centered, values-based, and evidence-based practice
• Desire for continuous personal development

Shift patterns involve 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, with schedules such as:

• Day Shift: 07:30 - 19:45
• Night Shift: 19:30 - 07:45

Sample weekly shifts:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
