Time Recruitment are looking to recruit a dynamic and driven Registered Mental Health Nurse to join a private hospital that specializes in inpatient care for adults and older men with severe, long-term mental health issues, including undiagnosed memory-related conditions and neurocognitive and dementia care for men with agitated or aggressive behavior.
The hospital has two wards: Hartley Ward, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery, and Jubilee Ward, providing neurocognitive and dementia care. The facility offers various therapies such as MBT, CBT, Schema therapy, and more, supported by a multidisciplinary team.
The role involves providing high-quality care within a rehabilitation and recovery setting. Requirements include NMC PIN with 12 months post-qualification experience, excellent team skills, and a good understanding of recovery models. RMN qualification is essential.
