As a Staff Nurse on Danby Ward, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care. You will participate in formulation to discharge planning, utilizing the ward’s activity and therapeutic spaces to support recovery and safe discharge into the community.
Cross Lane is a purpose-built mental health hospital providing inpatient services, including 46 bedrooms with en-suite facilities. Esk (female ward) and Danby (male ward) are both 13-bedded wards. The hospital offers vocational and therapeutic activities in a caring environment, serving working-age adults and older persons.
We support your development through supervision, training, and a preceptorship package for newly qualified nurses. The role involves shift work covering 24/7 days and nights, including public holidays. Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for more details.
