Job Summary

As an RMN, you may be responsible for the day-to-day running of the ward.

This post is only open to candidates with NMC registration in place. Newly qualified applicants or those due to qualify will be recruited via a separate process.

Main Duties

As a Staff Nurse on Danby Ward, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care. You will participate in formulation to discharge planning, utilizing the ward’s activity and therapeutic spaces to support recovery and safe discharge into the community.

About Us

Cross Lane is a purpose-built mental health hospital providing inpatient services, including 46 bedrooms with en-suite facilities. Esk (female ward) and Danby (male ward) are both 13-bedded wards. The hospital offers vocational and therapeutic activities in a caring environment, serving working-age adults and older persons.
