We have established a new community rehabilitation team to support individuals with serious mental illness and complex needs in North Lincolnshire. This team offers a 7-day service, enabling patients to receive intensive community rehabilitation closer to home.
The service comprises a multidisciplinary, multi-agency workforce collaborating with Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) and North Lincolnshire Council. The goal is to share skills and expertise to support individuals and enhance their quality of life.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join as a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, highly organized, and capable of delivering high-quality nursing care, assessment, and treatment.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive community mental health nursing services across a diverse client base engaging in the rehabilitation pathway. The role requires collaboration with other agencies, emphasizing the importance of independence and teamwork.
