We have an opportunity available for a Full Time Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the team at Beyer Lodge based in Gorton, Greater Manchester M18 8DF.
Salary: £19.11 per hour then £20.85 after successful probation.
Hours: 37.5 hours weekly - shift is 12.5 hours.

As an RMN nurse at Making Space, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our service users while also supporting the development of the care home. You will be expected to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for your patients, ensuring that their needs are met to the highest standard.
As part of your role, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to monitor and evaluate the standards of care, contributing to the clinical governance processes. You will also be responsible for managing a team of dedicated professionals, documenting staff supervision, and ensuring that company policies, procedures, and processes are implemented.
As a nurse, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other healthcare professionals both internally and externally, making a positive impact on the lives of your patients and their families.
Please note, candidates must have the flexibility to work within a 4-week rolling rota.
We are looking for a qualified RMN with an active PIN and mental health experience in a similar setting who is able to encourage a values-based culture and ensure high-quality care and support. You’ll also need to provide values-led leadership to the team.
