The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensure compliance with care standards, and drive exceptional support for children and young people. We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and dedicatedRegistered Managerfor a Children’s Residential Home. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and registering children's residential homes, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, best practices in care, and the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional care and support to children and young people.
Registered Manager responsibilities include:
•The daily running of the home
•Staff management
•Budgets
•Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times
•Compliance with all current legislation relating
To be considered for the role you will have:
•2 Years management experience within young people’s services
•An established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted
•Have completed the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management / ILM Level 5
•Excellent working knowledge of children’s homes national minimum standards and the Children’s Act 2010
