Job summary

Affinity Trust seeks a Registered Manager for Oxfordshire to lead and develop a portfolio of locations. You will oversee supported living, day opportunities and outreach services, shaping high-quality, person-centred support aligned to individual goals and aspirations.

As the Registered Manager, you will work with divisional teams, local authorities and families to grow services while upholding safety, quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Residence within a one-hour commute of Oxfordshire.

As the CQC Registered Manager, you will be working closely with the Divisional Director, support teams, and local authorities, to shape and grow our locations across Oxfordshire.

For this role you need to must have a Full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and residence within a one-hour commute of Oxfordshire are essential requirements
