Job summary

Conway Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Manager for our Brooklands Supported Living Service in the Dunmurry area, Belfast. You will lead the service, fostering person-centred support for two adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, while maintaining strong governance and standards.

The role requires a Level 5 Diploma and 3+ years in a managerial capacity in registered care, with a focus on compliance, safeguarding and team development.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 3 years’ managerial or supervisory experience in a registered care or supported living setting.
• Proven track record supporting individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviours.
• Strong knowledge of RQIA standards, health and social care legislation, and safeguarding frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage resources effectively, including staff and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brooklands Supported Living Service to ensure person-centred, empowering support.
• Oversee service quality and compliance with RQIA standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop the care team.
• Collaborate with families, professionals and Trust representatives to achieve positive outcomes.
• Manage resources including staffing and budgets.
