Job summary

Conway Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Manager to lead the Brooklands Supported Living Service in the Dunmurry area. You will oversee two properties supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, ensuring a person-centred, empowering approach and compliance with RQIA standards.

The role requires a Level 5 Diploma, at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity in registered care, and strong leadership, communication and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Min 3 years’ experience in a managerial/supervisory role within registered care or supported living
• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours
• Strong knowledge of RQIA standards, health and social care legislation and safeguarding frameworks
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage resources including staff and budgets
