Job summary

TipTopJob in Cannock is seeking a Supported Living Manager to deliver outstanding, person-centred support across Cannock, Burton on Trent, and Tamworth. Based at the head office in Cannock, you will lead a growing service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.

You will motivate and develop a high-performing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive innovation using PBS and assistive technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing Supported Living services or similar.
• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care required.
• Strong leadership, communication and regulatory knowledge essential.

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Supported Living Manager to delivering outstanding, person:centred support to supported living services based in the Cannock, Burton on Trent and Tamworth. You will be based in the head office in Cannock of one of the UKs leading healthcare providers

This is a fantastic service which provides compassionate supported living and personalised care that truly empowers adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs

As The Supported Living Manager Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Leading and overseeing high:quality Supported Living services
• Promoting independence, choice, dignity and autonomy for the people we support
• Managing, motivating and developing a dedicated and high:performing staff team
• Creating a positive culture built around trust, respect, accountability and ambition
• Ensuring services operate in line with relevant regulations, legislation and best practice
• Maintaining high standards of quality, governance and compliance
• Building strong relationships with the people we support, their families, professionals and external stakeholders
• Supporting the ongoing development and growth of the service
• Identifying opportunities to improve outcomes and introduce innovative ways of working
• Embracing new technologies and approaches, including AI, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Assistive Technology

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• A minimum of 5 years experience managing Supported Living services or closely related services
• Strong leadership and people management experience
• A proven ability to motivate, develop and retain a successful team
• A genuine passion for supporting people to achieve greater independence and autonomy
• Excellent communication and relationship:building skills
• A strong understanding of quality, compliance and regulatory requirements
• A proactive and innovative approach to service development
• The confidence to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement

To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care + Experience in a similar role

The successful Supported Living Manager will receive an excellent salary of GBP45,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week from Mon:Fri. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
