Job summary

Forest Care Selection is supporting an established provider to appoint a Registered Manager for a specialist nursing home in Farnham, supporting people with learning and physical disabilities.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running, ensuring quality, compliance, recruitment and training, while leading a skilled team to sustain a Good-rated service with strong family and stakeholder partnerships. A competitive package includes £50,000 salary plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience holding CQC registration within residential care or nursing home.
• Proven track record of improving or maintaining Good-rated services.
• Experience leading learning disability, autism or complex care services advantageous.
• Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for day-to-day running of the service, ensuring quality, compliance and recruitment.
• Lead, develop and motivate an experienced team to deliver high standards of person-centred care.
• Build strong relationships with families, commissioners and local stakeholders.
• Use audits and quality checks to drive continuous improvement.
