Job summary

Affinity Trust in Preston is seeking a Registered Manager to lead and develop a network of supported living services. You will oversee managers, shape delivery of high-quality support, and drive improvements in outcomes for the people we support.

Working with the Divisional Director and local authorities, you will set culture, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and contribute to our growth strategy in the North Division. This role demands compassionate leadership and a hands-on approach.

Location: Preston (Lancashire)

Salary: £49,142.17 per annum

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Transport requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to a car

You will oversee supported living services, shaping the delivery of high-quality support and making a real difference to the lives of the people we support.
