Salary: Basic Salary up to £40,000 + On-Call Enhancement + £1,000 Joining Bonus

About the Role
LDC Care Co are flying from strength-to-strength – and it’s not slowing down! With over 60 sites in the South of Kent, we are now expanding into Medway. This means that we are looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to head up this new venture and support us in creating a new patch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to take on the challenge of launching a new project, while also benefiting from the support of our experienced team of 15 Registered Managers in the East Kent region.
We currently have over 65 services in Kent, with 550 staff delivering around 21,000 hours of care every week.

Management experience within the Adult Health and Social Care Sector is an essential requirement for this role. The successful candidate will ideally be able to demonstrate experience in supporting complex individuals who have additional challenges, and an ability to promote a positive outcome-focused ethos within a service.
