Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is recruiting a Registered Manager for Beck House in Darlington. You will lead a 6-bed service for adults under 65 with learning disabilities, autism, and sensory/communication differences, overseeing 37.5 hours per week and ensuring exceptional care and operational performance.

You will have a background in NHS or private care as an RNLD or RMN with a proven leadership record, and hold a valid NMC pin. You will drive service development and maintain strong community links.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in healthcare management.
• Experience leading care teams and operations.
• NMC pin held and up-to-date.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Beck House to deliver specialist care.
• Ensure quality and financial targets are met.
• Develop relationships with community multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Oversee service development, business planning and revenue generation.
• Maintain strong leadership and inclusive management style.
