Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a Registered Manager for Homeleigh Farm in Kent, overseeing budgets, quality and compliance to deliver outstanding care for six residents with a learning disability. You will inspire a dedicated team to implement person-centred plans and ensure a safe, dignified living environment.

You will manage daily operations, support staff development, and liaise with stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes, benefiting from Priory's leadership development and pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or be working towards it).
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Previous managerial experience in a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility, a “can-do” attitude, and the ability to inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
• Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care.
• Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
