Priory is seeking a CQC Registered Manager for Homeleigh Farm, Romney Marsh, Kent. You will oversee the home’s operation, budgets, quality and compliance, leading a dedicated team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care for residents with learning disabilities.

You will manage care plans, ensure safety, promote dignity and independence, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes in a supportive community setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or be working towards it.
• Experience in a managerial role within a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
• Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care.
• Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents.
• Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
