Purosearch Ltd. is helping to recruit a passionate Nursing Home Manager for a 40-bed service in Jersey. The role requires a confident leader to continue the home’s person-centred care and positive culture.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership in elderly/dementia care, and a track record of excellent CQC results. A relocation package to Jersey (£8,000) and a competitive salary plus bonus are included.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse qualification or proven management of a large nursing home.
• History of good CQC reports and inspections.
• Experience in a similar managerial role within a nursing home or healthcare setting.
