Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead and oversee our care services, ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. The Registered Manager will provide effective leadership to both care and office teams, oversee care packages and staff rotas, and build and maintain strong professional relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities.
