Job summary

Health Recruit Network in Slough is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a growing domiciliary care service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and CQC compliance.

You will oversee circa 2,000 care hours per week, develop local authority contracts, mentor the care and office teams, and drive service growth in a well-established operation.

This permanent leadership role offers a salary of up to £45,000 per annum and autonomy to grow the operation within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care.
• Strong CQC compliance experience and business development skills.
• Experience across elderly, dementia, mental health, and complex care.

An established care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a growing domiciliary care service in the Slough area. The service currently delivers around 2,000 care hours per week, predominantly through local authority contracts, and benefits from a strong, established team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
• Oversee delivery of approximately 2,000 care hours per week
• Ensure full CQC compliance and high-quality, person-centred care

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
• Supported living experience
