Job summary

Health Recruit Network is seeking a Registered Manager for a domiciliary care branch in Guildford, Surrey. The role oversees day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and service delivery across local authority and private clients.

You will lead a team to ensure high-quality person-centred care, manage rotas and care planning, and drive service growth. Salary up to £45,000 plus benefits, with start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
• Strong CQC and regulatory knowledge.
• Experience with both local authority and private clients.
