? Location: Barnsley / Rotherham

? Full-time | 40 hours/week

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our growing domiciliary care branch. What You’ll Do

• Lead, supervise, and support branch staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of care staff.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health & safety standards.
• Conduct client assessments and care planning with a focus on dignity and independence.
• Manage rotas and ensure all care calls are covered effectively.
• Drive branch performance, quality, and business growth.
