What You’ll Do

  • Lead, supervise, and support branch staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

  • Conduct client assessments and care planning with a focus on dignity and independence.
  • Manage rotas and ensure all care calls are covered effectively.
  • Drive branch performance, quality, and business growth.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience managing care services or leading teams in health/social care.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Flexibility to support out-of-hours cover when needed.
