Working in our Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's day-to-day life. This involves supporting them through both their highest highs and lowest lows. As a Deputy Manager, you will ensure that the home environment promotes security, safety, and motivation for both staff and young people. Challenges will arise, but there will also be moments that feel like significant small victories.
Our homes support young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Our goal is to create the best possible outcomes for our young people through a holistic approach involving psychologists, occupational therapists, and other clinical team members, providing a comprehensive and joined-up SEND service.
By assisting in managing daily operations, supporting the team, and maintaining high standards, you help our young people reclaim their childhood and build pathways to become well-rounded adults. We require a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare, including supervisory experience.

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England)
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (desirable)
A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months
