Qualifications

• Within the last five years, worked for at least two years in a position relevant to the residential care of children.

Responsibilities

• This role involves delivering integrated and individualized interventions to promote the best outcomes for children and their families.
• You will lead the residential team, ensuring high standards of care in the children's homes.
• You will work to implement the Family Safeguarding Plus model and safeguarding practices.
