Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a residential setting.
• Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.
• Level 3 Diploma or equivalent is required; Level 5 Diploma preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the residential home and lead the team.
• Direct budgeting, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate care plans and educational activities for children.
• Engage with external agencies and develop strategic plans for the home.
