We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a newly established three-bedroom children’s residential home. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the home’s culture, develop a high-quality, child-centred environment, and ensure positive outcomes for children and young people.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the children’s home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations.
  2. Promote a positive, supportive team culture and provide staff supervision and development.
  3. Oversee safeguarding, crisis management, and incident response, ensuring appropriate actions and learning.
  4. Ensure high-quality, child-centred care tailored to individual needs and experiences.
  5. Promote young people’s voice, participation, and access to education, community, and life skills.
  6. Maintain strong partnerships with families, professionals, and community services.

Qualifications

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within a children’s residential setting.
