Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a Registered Manager for Coral House on the south coast. You will take overall responsibility for the home, overseeing budgets, quality, compliance, and delivering outstanding care.

Based between Poole and Bournemouth, the home supports seven residents with diverse needs. You’ll lead a compassionate team and ensure a safe, person-centred environment while developing leaders and expanding services.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or be working towards it.
• Leadership behaviours assessed at interview as part of Priory leadership approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
• Lead, support, and develop the team to deliver person-centred care.
• Support assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
• Ensure a safe, positive, nurturing environment for residents.
• Promote dignity, wellbeing and independence in all aspects of care.

Description

As the CQC Registered Manager at Priory, you will take overall responsibility for the home, overseeing all areas including budgets, quality, compliance, and the delivery of outstanding care. You will support and inspire your team to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care, helping them achieve their goals, develop skills, gain confidence, and engage in meaningful activities within the community.

Coral House is located between Poole and Bournemouth on the south coast of Dorset. Our home offers residential support for seven males and females with a variety of needs. This includes people on the autism spectrum, individuals with a learning disability, and those who have a physical disability and/or dementia.

We are located in a quiet suburb, close to beautiful beaches and great coastal walks. Our team are dedicated to working with integrity, ensuring that the people we care for are at the very heart of what we do.
