Job summary

Agincare Enable is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee CQC-regulated supported living services in the Southampton and Gosport areas. You will directly line manage the staff team and report to the Operations Manager to ensure a safe, high-quality service.

Key duties include delivering outstanding care, maintaining personalised support plans, and driving quality and compliance across all services, with a focus on safeguarding and continuous improvement.

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager
• Ability to demonstrate experience of working with individuals with a learning disability, Autism and / or additional support needs.
• Strong understanding of the adult social care sector and relevant regulatory frameworks, including CQC requirements.
• Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to effectively oversee a service, recruit and maintain a staff team.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and decision‑making skills.
• A flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the service.
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your Right to work in the UK.A valid UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle, Previous experience as a Registered Manager, understanding of the adult social care sector and relevant regulatory frameworks, including CQC requirements, proven leadership and management experience, excellent communication, organisational and decision‑making skills, valid UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
