Job summary

Ealami Care Limited seeks an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to lead multiple supported accommodation services for 16–17 year olds. You will provide strong leadership across sites, ensuring safeguarding, regulatory compliance and high-quality, person-centred support to young people.

The role involves managing recruitment, supervision, audits and continuous service development, with travel between sites as required. Immediate start and commitment to progression are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager.
• Track record of completing at least one Ofsted inspection.
• Commitment to ongoing leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple supported accommodation services.
• Ensure Ofsted compliance and safeguarding standards.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Ofsted Registered Manager to lead and oversee supported accommodation services for young people aged 16–17. You will provide strong leadership across multiple sites, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective safeguarding, high-quality, person-centred support and positive outcomes for young people.. . • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, an equivalent qualification, or a commitment to completing it..
