Job summary

Domus Recruitment is assisting a medium-sized care home in the Leighton Buzzard area to recruit an experienced Registered Manager who will take ownership of the service. You will lead a team with a firm but fair approach, setting a new culture and driving audits, compliance and staff development.

The role requires a strong elderly care residential background and residency within an hour’s drive of Leighton Buzzard.

Qualifications

• Need a strong elderly care residential background.
• Must reside within an hour’s drive of Leighton Buzzard.
• Experience of CQC as registered manager ideally RI to Good.

Job description

A medium sized care home is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to come in and take ownership of a service in the Leighton Buzzard area, you will have a firm but fair approach, that’s confident leading a team and setting a new culture. You will be competent managing audits, compliance, systems and staff. CQC will be back in the next 5 months so this represents a great opportunity and challenge for the right candidate to put their name to an improved service. The company has great relationships with the council, Pamms and CQC so you’d also benefit from closer ties to these bodies.
