An exciting opportunity has arisen for CHCP CIC to recruit a Registered Manager for Sunshine House. This is a newly developed post requiring an experienced, professional leader to join a well-established team of passionate staff. Sunshine House provides short break care to children and young people with complex health needs, operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We seek a candidate registered with Ofsted as the Sunshine House Registered Manager, capable of leading the team to meet quality standards and ensuring Sunshine House remains a welcoming place for children, young people, and families. The ideal candidate will hold a professional qualification in a relevant field, be registered with a professional body, and have a comprehensive understanding of how to meet the emotional, physical, social, and communication needs of children with complex health needs, life-limiting conditions, and profound and multiple learning disabilities.
