My client, a well-established and respected care home near Hythe in Kent, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Care Home Manager to lead their team and continue delivering outstanding care to residents.

About the Role:

As the Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the home. You will ensure high standards of care, drive a positive and supportive working culture, and maintain strong compliance with CQC regulations.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a care home setting

NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)

Strong background in dementia care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a large staff team

Experience fostering a positive working environment and culture

In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and inspection frameworks
