Reports to: Operations Manager
Are you a passionate healthcare professional looking for an opportunity to lead and make a real difference in the lives of residents?
We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedRegistered Managerto join our exceptional team. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing high-quality care and support to our residents and lead our nursing and care and support staff team.
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Home Manager:
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Ø Registered with the relevant body (e.g., NMC).
Ø A Registered Managers qualification and an NVQ Level 4, or the ambition to work toward achieving an NVQ Level 5.
Ø Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ø Previous experience in a similar supervisory or leadership role.
Ø Knowledge of safeguarding adults and whistleblowing policies.
Ø Ability to adapt to changing situations effectively and calmly.
Desirable Skills:
Ø Supervisory or management qualification.
Ø Experience in rota planning and staff training.
Ø A track record of mentoring and coaching staff to enhance team performance.
