Our client, an established company in Sutton, London, is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead their new 3-bedroom Ofsted-registered children's residential home. The client is an established organisation in the childcare sector, with a reputation for opening successful residential homes. They are expanding their services with the launch of their third home, continuing their mission to provide exceptional care and support to children.

As a Registered Manager, you will:

• Oversee the daily operations of the 3-bedroom residential home.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards.
• Lead and manage a team of dedicated staff.
• Develop and implement care plans for the children.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
• Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders.

• Have level 5 in leadership and management or be prepared to work towards it .
