Job summary

CareTech/Inspire is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a new children’s residential home in Barnet for young people with learning disabilities. You’ll provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and excellent outcomes.

You’ll build a strong, trauma‑informed team, work with families and professionals, attend care planning meetings and champion a safe, therapeutic culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in children’s residential care.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
• Knowledge of Ofsted and regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of Quality Standards, SCCIF, legislation and Ofsted requirements.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Willingness to enrol in Level 5 leadership within 6 months.

  £60,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience
