This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care that empowers residents to achieve their full potential, maintain independence, and live fulfilling lives within their local community. As Registered Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership and strategic direction, ensuring the home delivers outstanding care that meets the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards. You will be responsible for the overall management of the home, including service delivery, safeguarding, quality assurance, staff leadership, budget management and promoting positive outcomes for residents. Working closely with residents, families, advocates, health professionals and community partners, you will champion personalised support and enable individuals to develop socially, emotionally and developmentally at a pace that is right for them.
You will be a confident, compassionate and highly motivated leader with significant experience of managing residential care services for vulnerable adults, ideally those with learning disabilities, complex needs and multiple disabilities. You will have a strong understanding of the regulatory framework governing residential care services, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008, Essential Standards of Quality and Safety, and CQC registration requirements.
