Job summary

Diverse Talent Partners Ltd is seeking a Registered Manager for a new children's home in Croydon, London. You will take full responsibility for the home's operations and quality, ensuring a nurturing environment for young people.

Our client ispassionate about helping children and young people with learning disabilities and special educational needs (SEN) live happy, safe, and fulfilling lives.

They are opening a 3-bed Ofsted-registered children's home in South Norwood for children aged 8 to18 years old and they arelooking for a Registered Manager to lead the home, shape its culture, and inspire a brand-new team.

The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the home's operations, quality, and compliance. You will create a nurturing, supportive environment where every young person feels safe, valued, and empowered to reach their potential.
