Keystone Care in Cornwall is seeking an experienced Registered Manager (Clinical) to lead a well-established care service. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, safeguarding, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care across the team.

The ideal candidate will hold an RGN or RNLD qualification, have strong experience in learning disabilities or dementia care, and demonstrate a proven track record of achieving positive CQC outcomes and building high-performing teams.

Registered Manager (Clinical) - Cornwall

Salary: Up to £62,000 per annum. Location: Cornwall.

We're recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established care service in Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical Registered Manager, ideally with an RGN or RNLD qualification, to join a supportive organisation focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

We're particularly interested in candidates who:

• Are an experienced Registered Manager within adult social care.
• Hold a current RGN or RNLD qualification (RNLD preferred).
• Have a strong background in learning disabilities, or experience across both learning disabilities and dementia services.
• Candidates with a predominantly dementia care background will also be considered.
• Have a proven track record of achieving positive CQC outcomes and leading high-performing teams.
• Are passionate about delivering exceptional standards of care and driving continuous improvement.
