J C Michael Groups Ltd Scotland is seeking an experienced Registered Manager with over 3 years of experience and SVQ Level 5 qualification.

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality complex and specialist services in Nursing, Social Care, and Health Care to adults and children in their own homes. For over 11 years, we have provided a safe and responsive service, partnering with NHS, CCG, Local Authority, and Private Sector entities in London and Scotland. We work closely with patients and their families to understand and meet their specific needs.

Our vision is to see the health and social care workforce become more professionalized and to be the most trusted provider in our sector. We aim to elevate our home care service to an 'outstanding' rating within two years.

The successful candidate will help foster a warm, supportive, and quality-focused environment that rewards and stimulates staff development. Responsibilities include expanding our private client base, managing contracts, and promoting high standards through leadership, participation, and delegation, while respecting individuals' rights.

The role requires accountability to the Care Inspectorate and a solid understanding of relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Management qualification at SVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or higher.
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in a healthcare-related role.
  • Reliable, compassionate, honest, and kind.
  • Driving license is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Clear PVG check.
