Registered Manager – Exciting Opportunity to Build and Grow a New Home Instead Territory

Are you an experienced Registered Manager with the drive and passion to build something truly special? Do you have a natural warmth, confidence, and bubbly, engaging personality? – you’ll be the face of this new territory, so being approachable, professional, and full of positive energy is key. Are you a strong communicator and people person, able to build lasting relationships with clients, families, community partners, and team members? Then we would LOVE to hear from you!

Led by Jason and Jenny since 2010, they successfully opened two offices here in Telford which is now expanding into a brand-new territory in South Shropshire. We are now looking for an ambitious Registered Manager to help us launch and grow this service from the ground up. Since 2010, the Home Instead Telford team have had one goal: to make a genuine difference to those within the community by providing the highest-quality care. We pride ourselves on creating an environment where our team feels supported, valued, and developed – and now we’re ready to bring that same commitment to our new area.

The Opportunity

• Establishing and growing a brand-new care service – from recruiting and training the first Care Professionals to building strong community relationships and developing the client base.
• Driving growth and quality – ensuring that as the service grows, it meets franchise standards, and our own reputation for excellence.
• Building a high-performing team culture – where Care Professionals feel supported, valued, and motivated to deliver outstanding care.
• Working closely with the owners - to develop and deliver a strategic plan that ensures the territory becomes the first-choice home care provider in the area.

About You

• Has extensive experience in the domiciliary care sector.
• Has the drive, resilience, and commercial awareness to build and grow a new service, hitting business growth targets while maintaining exceptional care standards.
• Can inspire, lead and manage a team, balancing operational detail with strategic vision.
• Understands compliance and legislation inside out and is confident in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
• Holds or is willing to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Has a driving licence and is happy to travel across the local area to meet clients and build relationships.
