Requirements:

• Qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Duties:

• Assess residents' needs accurately and prioritize care.
• Administer medication and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain and complete care plans in collaboration with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
• Report any health issues among residents and request GP or professional visits when necessary.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience working in a care setting.
• Good team player.
• At least 1 year of NMC registration.
