Job description

Job Opportunity: Registered House Manager

Due to the expansion of our Residential provision, we are seeking an additional Registered House Manager for our new home in Pontyberem, Llanelli.

Position Details:

• 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
• Sleep-ins paid at an additional £78.48 per night (approx. £3,500 annually for one sleep-in per week)

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and supervising residential staff and provision within our care homes
• Managing operational aspects in a care environment, supporting staff at all levels
• Ensuring the effective operation of a small care home for young people attending Coleg Plas Dwbl
• Maintaining compliance with regulations and representing the Care Qualities of Transform Residential Limited and Ruskin Mill Trust
• Collaborating with senior management to ensure quality during inspections by the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW)
• Possessing relevant qualifications to be approved as a registered manager with Care Inspectorate Wales and Social Care Wales (preferred)
• Having access to a vehicle, as some team houses are location-dependent
