A leading company in supported living is seeking a House Lead to join their team in Swansea. This full-time role involves supervising care delivery, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in care and a QCF level 3 qualification. Fieldbay provide high quality services for people aged 18 years + who have complex needs associated with mental illness, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, dementia and long term conditions such as Huntington's disease.

This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week.
The Role
As the House Lead you will support the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home.
You will be responsible for:
Requirements
Experience working with adults with learning difficulties, complex needs or challenging behaviour.
Proven managerial experience in a similar care environment.
The ability to motivate your team, as well as yourself, and be able to demonstrate your enthusiasm for the job.
Candidates must be reliable and professional and be able to demonstrate patience, kindness, compassion and have a true desire to learn and develop.
QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential to this role. QCF level 5 is desirable, however full training and support will be provided to support the successful candidate to obtain this qualification if they do not already hold it.
You must hold a UK driving license
