Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Registered Home Manager to lead a 50-bed residential care home in Epping, Essex. You will own the service, drive quality outcomes and shape the culture to deliver exceptional resident care.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in residential care, be well-versed in CQC regulations, and hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, or be willing to achieve it.
