Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd. are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a well-established residential care home in Epping, Essex. You will be responsible for overall leadership, regulatory compliance and resident care standards.

The role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum with a salary review after successful registration, and opportunities to shape service development with a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within a residential care setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and resident outcomes.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, or willingness to achieve this.
• The confidence and drive to lead a large residential service.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of a residential care home.
• Leading, supporting and developing a dedicated staff team.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards.
• Maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction and care quality.
• Managing occupancy, budgets and operational performance.
• Building positive relationships with residents, families and external professionals.
• Driving continuous improvement and creating a positive culture throughout the home.
