Harbour Healthcare Limited is seeking a Registered Home Manager for The Granby Care Home in Harrogate. This 82-bed home requires an experienced leader to drive high-quality, person-centered care for residents with dementia and general nursing needs.

The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, maintain strong links with residents’ families and the local community, and ensure CQC standards are consistently met. DBS checks are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience as a Home Manager in a care setting.
• Experience managing a dementia and general nursing focused home.
• Evidence of CQC compliance rated good in the last 3 years.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the care team to deliver high standards of care.
• Develop and sustain the Home, build relationships with residents and relatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards are met.
