Registered Home Manager - Kelso
Nurse Seekers are proud to be assisting a well respected not for profit charitable care provider in their search for a Registered Manager to manage their Nursing Home located close to Kelso.
The Home prides itself on providing the highest levels of care and is seeking an experienced Manager to take the home to the next level and instil their ethos of excellency.
The successful candidate will be registered to manage a home and have a track record of managing homes with good or outstanding CQC records. The main duty of the role will be to provide effective leadership to staff in the home and be responsible for the day to day running and the continuous improvement of the site.
The successful candidate must have:
- NVQ Level 5 qualification in Management
- Or a Nursing qualification and Managerial experience
- Experience of Managing a large team
- Strong Leadership skills
- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Full right to work in the UK. (Sponsorship is NOT available)
