What you will be doing:

• Designing and building scalable, reliable systems.
• Collaborating with a diverse team to create impactful, efficient software solutions.
• Serving as a key reference for architecture, defending and discussing proposals with managers and teammates.
• Providing technical context and identifying key points to inform decisions.
• Contributing innovative ideas on Frontend, Backend, and Software strategies.
• Communicating and documenting solutions for smooth development phases.
• Designing scalable and maintainable solutions to handle growth.
• Actively participating in software development, clarifying complex aspects.
• Enforcing best practices, advocating for clean code, and supporting team success through engineering reviews.

What we are looking for:

• Strong technical skills and solid conceptual foundations.
• Experience with Typescript, Node.js, gRPC, Kafka, MongoDB, React, GraphQL, CSS.
• Passion for Distributed Software, Cloud solutions, Microservices, & Serverless Architectures.
• Commitment to building highly reliable and scalable systems.
• Eagerness to learn and apply new knowledge effectively.
• Experience in discussing, prototyping, and benchmarking engineering solutions.
• Fluency in English.
• Familiarity with Reactive & Domain Driven Architectures.
