Job summary

Pulse Nursing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join our healthcare team in Sussex. The role is Band 5 with hourly rates ranging from £17.82 to £28.08, depending on experience and shifts.

Successful candidates will deliver high-quality nursing care and work within a multidisciplinary team. You will assess and plan care, administer medications, monitor patients, and provide support to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin.
• General nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
