Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC pin.
• General nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficient clinical skills and adherence to nursing best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and medical information.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists and other health professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Adhere to healthcare regulations and safety standards.
